At GlobalTattooMag.club we take the intellectual property rights of our artists and customers very seriously. Our commitment to our community is to take all possible steps to ensure that your Intellectual Property is protected and is not used illegally. Any artist or customer found abusing this policy will be removed from the community and will face legal repercussions.
GUIDELINES:
Artists are not allowed to publish designs/tattoos other than their own original works.
No one is allowed to take or use any designs on this website without written permission from the respective artists.
When a design is sold, the artist agrees to transfer all intellectual property rights to the buyer/client. All tattoo designs are the intellectual property of the respective artists.
How does GlobalTattooMag.club protect the Intellectual Property of artists and customers? We believe that the Intellectual Property of the artist and the customer must be protected. Therefore we have implemented several features to ensure that the Intellectual Property is not stolen from our site. We offer the following services to help with this:
We digitally mark all tattoo entries
Only lower resolution images are displayed
We provide a simple and direct means of reporting violations
We provide the community with the tools to help enforce our policy
We provide appropriate legal agreements for the transfer of intellectual property between clients and artists
How do I report a violation?
If you see an artist who has posted a clear copyright violation without your permission, you can start by sending them a private message politely asking them to remove the design.
GlobalTattooBooking.com does not allow this type of communication in the comments section. Comments of this nature will NOT be tolerated and will be removed immediately.
How do I request that you remove a design that infringes on my copyright?
To file a request for removal under the Copyright Act, you must be the copyright holder of the design in question. There are no exceptions to this rule and false accusations will not be tolerated. You may be held liable for any false accusations or claims.
The copyright holder must submit the following form in writing via fax or mail. Once we receive the request, we will properly investigate the claims and take appropriate action. Typical actions include removal of the design and suspension of artists who violate our policy.
